AutoPal

What does your car really cost?

AutoPal adds up every franc that goes into your car: fuel and charging, insurance, service, tax, tolls and parking. It reads your receipts, records your drives and tells you what’s due next.

Kept on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Nobody else sees it.

Scan the receipt. AutoPal does the typing.

Point the camera at a fuel receipt and AutoPal reads the station, the total, the date and the litres. The text is recognised on your iPhone by Apple’s on-device models, so the photo never leaves it.

  • Filled up in Como? Enter it in euros. AutoPal converts it at the European Central Bank’s rate for that day.
  • Pick the station from the ones nearby or the ones you use most. Statistics show which one is cheapest.
  • Insurance, leasing and other repeating costs are added for you when they’re due.

See where the money goes.

Every entry lands in a chart by month and category. AutoPal works out what each kilometre costs, how much fuel or electricity the car uses, and what it has cost since the day you bought it.

It also looks ahead. Repeating costs on their due dates, plus fuel and the rest at last year’s pace, add up to a forecast for the next 12 months.

Your drives, recorded without a tap.

Turn on trip recording and your iPhone notices when you set off and when you park. Each trip keeps its route, distance, speed and climb, and a driving score from 0 to 100 based on hard braking, hard acceleration and sharp turns.

The Trip Map puts every route on one map. The roads you drive most glow brightest.

  • Mark a trip business or personal with one swipe. Business kilometres go into the PDF report.
  • Start and end trips by hand, or let CarPlay do it through Shortcuts.

A heads-up before things are due.

Set service reminders by date, by kilometres, or both. The kilometres come from your entries and trips, so the reminder arrives when the car really gets there.

Keep the insurance card, registration and warranty in AutoPal with their expiry dates, and set a monthly budget to hear when you reach 80%.
